Responsible for recruiting for all businesses across GE, I partnered with varying legal and human resource groups within General Electric. I recruited professionals in all areas of Legal, Contracts, Finance, Business Development, Engineering and HR. Given my previous work as a practicing attorney, I consulted regarding global senior executive, general counsel, legal, contracts and compliance positions. I led a team of recruiters and partnered with management on varied recruitment strategies.Cross Functional Team Membership/Leadership:• Led disability recruiting team and liaison to GE's disability affinity groups.• Selected to be a member of GE's Global New Directions Team - directly partnering with GE's senior leadership.• Co-Lead of national Persons with Disabilities growth pillar, employee resource group/affinity group.Daily responsibilities:• Providing highly specialized recruitment program and project support to address unique hiring needs and slate/pipeline development. • Developing passive candidate pipelines and building talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs) and actively train others on CRM/ATS software.• Proactively researching and evaluating new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies• Attending hiring events and partner with internal business partners and universities/law schools to strengthen GE's outreach.• Assist in Senior Executive level and other confidential global recruitment.
