After litigating as an attorney for four years, I assisted law firms and corporate legal groups in the placement of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. My work was mainly in legal search on a permanent or direct hire basis. Clients typically sought market trends, salary information and business development strategies. My experience was a balance between business development and recruiting or headhunting.
