After a two year rotation in a global quality and risk management role, I've rejoined the world of client service consulting. Effective August 2012, I joined the Workday practice community here at Deloitte Consulting LLP. I'm looking forward to learning new things and serving new clients. I've also relocated to the Greater Boston Area.

I help coordinate a global practice review program for Deloitte consulting practices that operate outside the US in a global member firm network. The work includes international travel for week-long reviews in countries around the world for one to three weeks at a time, ranging from four to eight trips per year. We evaluate the firms' compliance with global policies, their alignment to a quality and risk management framework we developed, and the maturity of their quality and risk management practices. Our assessments include improvement recommendations that are reviewed with and signed off by the member firm executives. The reports we author are delivered to the global executive committee. We monitor progress by following up with the firms quarterly thereafter until the next review.I also lead initiatives for the US quality and risk management program such as operations improvement, integration of M&A targets, software deployment, program development, and project selection.

Uniquely addressing overall business strategy, corporate culture and global alignment of employee programs. We provide design, delivery and performance improvement solutions to purchasers, providers and administrators of employee programs. Our integrated approach includes technical experience in retirement, health care, compensation, communications and tax.

For this engagement, I served my client as a global workshop facilitator for a global HR transformation. I traveled to 14 countries in South and Central America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. We designed these workshops to review current business processes from end-to-end. Deloitte and client documenters captured findings from the discussions to be used in creating Standard Operating Procedures and Service Center support collateral; knowledge management material for the client’s new HR Service Delivery Model. I led the workshop discussions, balancing the needs of participants from local countries and abroad.

- Accountable for the overall management of HR and benefits outsourcing delivery for Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations.- Manage and prioritize the work of 8 associates aligned to these clients. Provide leadership to 20 more associates from local and global offices.- Successfully deliver annual enrollment projects to more than 40,000 active and retired client plan participants.- Develop client requirement documents for benefit design, workforce initiatives, and legislative changes.- Act as the subject matter expert on client requirements, intent, and direction, helping internal teams to better understand clients.- Monitor staffing, build appropriate levels of expertise, and manage succession planning to accomplish goals and prepare for future changes.- Identify, promote, and support process improvements to positively impact cost, delivery, and quality.- Manage financials and client billing for projects with current annual revenues over $5 million.

- Provided technical expertise for the development of an integrated web-based Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) system, providing one access point for populations of 3,000 to 100,000+ end-users.- Co-lead firm-wide training on web development tools and served as regional expert resource for implementations.- Consulted directly with clients on the firm’s web products and services, highlighting features and determining how tools can meet specific client requirements.- Co-designed and developed a custom Internet application for gathering business requirements from 800+ field offices, helping to win a client contract in the RFP process, and reducing implementation time by half. - Developed, maintained, and executed project plans, providing direction and coordinating resources, activities, and timelines for the team.- Utilized dashboard measures and balanced scorecards to track costs, communicate current status and trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
