I have spent the majority of my professional career in customer service-oriented roles, both internal and external. I feel that these experiences have given me the skills that I now have and I feel that I possess strong communication and listening skills. I also am very interested in problem resolution and working with others to see them develop as well.I am currently a Training & Development Specialist. I find great fulfillment in working with people and assisting them in their professional development. I also currently offer voice work. I have performed many different projects, including instructional videos. Recently, I have produced audiobooks and am available for additional projects.My goal is to continue developing my skills to meet the demands and requirements of today's culture and environment. I have always believed that you can always learn something new. So, I cherish the opportunities that lie ahead for me professionally and look to continue sharing my talents.
