Figured out how to leverage the power of Upwork. Learned a lot of modern tech stuff and earned an AWS Pro cert. Was acquihired into SynchroNet as partner and CTO and performed business operations stuff as President. Developed amazing partnership with AWS as an Advanced Consulting Partner. Learned a lot about leadership and what it means to make a difference for customers, investors, and each other. Built and led a team of 60+ experts that are making meaningful impacts for over one hundred Fortune 1000 and Public Sector clients by delivering professional services, managed services, and software products. This amazing team has completed 150+ projects representing 250,000 end-users with an NPS of 80+. Couldn’t have done it without all the wonderful SynchroNetters. Learned the power of focus and becoming the best in the world at one thing. Ran really hard for 5 years with my business partner / CEO / Sales Leader Darin Cook and increased Enterprise Value by 11x.
