I Served as an S3 Training Officer for the 90 RSC before leaving the Army/Reserves in 2004

WHAT I DID: I helped hospitals recruit and land "A" Players for Director, Vice President and C-Level PositionsHOW DID I DO IT: I partnered with C-Level Executives and Board Chairs to help them gain clarity in their needs, create a position and WHO profile and then I found 2-3 matches for their selection process. WHAT WERE THE RESULTS: I recruited 1000's of leaders, interviewed thousands of candidates and placed 100's within 90-100 days. We filled 100% of the positions I was RETAINED to fill and our candidates stayed for several years after placement.
