Managed the design, creative strategy and user experience for 10 national consumer websites: Better Homes and Gardens Online (BHG.com), Ladies’ Home Journal Online (LHJ.com), More.com, AmericanBaby.com, HealthyKids.com, Parents.com, Child.com, FamilyCircle.com, FitnessMagazine.com and MidwestLiving.com. Directed staff in Des Moines and New York. Directed simultaneous redesigns of Parents.com, Child.com, FamilyCircle.com and FitnessMagazine.com. Revenue jumped 33% due to increased ad space in the new design. All four sites were redesigned in six weeks.Coordinated the shooting, editing and production of more than 100 online videos.
