In 2017, I went to Timex to build a Sports Licensing Business from the ground up. Within 6 months, I secured major professional and collegiate sports licenses and my team and I developed the product range (Timex Tribute Collection) and gained acceptance from the major retailers. During this process, we significantly improved Timex’s supply chain flexibility and responsiveness, shifting the organization to a just-in-time production model. I was promoted to lead the entire Timex Sports BU, which included developing a new product pipeline leveraging wearable technology and partnerships including Timex Ironman and Timex Mossy Oak products.

During tenure, we doubled Stella Artois’ sales, became the #1 draft import brand in top 4 beer markets, and significantly improved profitability on this 25 brand portfolio.

Hired to help reverse 12-year declining sales trend on Beck’s Beer and assist CEO with strengthening team productivity, morale, bench strength and wholesaler relationships. Was co-architect in developing the Global Life Beckons advertising campaign and all promotional strategies. In one year, we put a +37 point swing on the business and helped Beck’s to grow +25%, globally.
