Through his working life, Mike has acquired considerable practical expertise in the operation and management of major facilities, whilst marina and waterfront facilities are a speciality, Mike has acquired a deep knowledge of other commercial facilities having managed, multi-storey office; retail; residential resort and factory facilities across the last 15 years Mike has spent the lion’s share of his career in the marine industry, initially with a 15-year involvement in the yachting sector, including worldwide experience in command of super yachts. Mike moved ashore to the Gold Coast in 1999 and into the marina industry. A respected manager with a record of excellence wherever he has been engaged; developing and leading teams, managing contractors or consultants, Mike has achieved consistent success with the projects he has undertaken. Assisted by an eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, solid budgeting and strategic thinking capabilities; allied to a proven ability to work with autonomy, Mike can be relied upon to deliver.
