$40MM manufacturer of gun, residential, and commercial safes. Clients included: Gander Mountain, McDonald’s, WalMart, Walgreen’s, U.S. Bank, Rent-A-Center, Target, Albertson’s, and Starbucks. I was promoted into the newly created position of Plant Manager and part of the new Executive Committee. I was responsible for developing an organizational plan for the manufacturing operations which included: re-organizing the management structure, recruiting and training team members, leading the manufacturing operations, driving efficiency improvements and cost reduction, as well as regulatory compliance. Developed and executed Capital Plans. P&L accountabilities, Led continuous improvement projects in manufacturing and Supply Chain.
