Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team during a period of significant change for a local charity who specialise in supporting vulnerable families across East Staffordshire and surrounding areas. The role saw me develop new funding opportunities through bid writing for small, medium and large charity grants, with the largest successful bid for £249,000 to Lottery Community Fund awarded to the charity for a 3-year project 'Thinking Differently' 2022-2025. As Development and Engagement Lead, my role was key to the development and implementation of new projects and services for the charity. Key responsibilities included governance and compliance lead, health and safety lead, media and marketing lead and P.A. to the Chief Executive Officer.
