Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the Ontario Systems Artiva Healthcare, Artiva Architect, Workstation and CT Term products. Responsible for the development of internal technical documentation and training material for software engineers. Provided input on construction estimates and timelines for the development of software solutions and provided technical software support. Worked with external customers to develop custom software solutions to meet business needs.

Provided ongoing support and service to the Call Center Systems Division internal support group through application development, resolution of software investigations, and quality assurance of the application through testing and training. Also assisted in a support capacity the implementation of CT Vision software as well as an integrated progressive dialer.
