Direct two software development teams with 21 full time resources. Establish “Best Practices” for software development, including formalized programming standards and software development procedures. Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for multi-million dollar application development and production support budget including 21 internal and various external resources.· Responsible for departmental expenditure forecasting and budgeting, project funding requests, and staffing.· Responsible for release of several new products and numerous new features in addition to optimizing existing application performance issues.

Manage the creation of internet-based applications used to administer all insurance licensing and securities registration processes for financial services producers and agents. Worked with business owners to develop requirements, use cases and technical specifications. Responsible for all facets of new product development including collaboration on sales presentations, development effort and customer support.Key Responsibilities:· Responsible for Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Use Case Definition and High Level Application Design.· Responsible for software project schedule, management and reporting.· Provide Technical Engineering and Sales Support through completion of Request For Proposals and technical presentations of the product suite to over 40 Organizations.
