Psymedics was formed by several former members of the United Greeneries team that had a broader international vision of the cannabis industry. Over the past 4 years we have raised nearly $4.0 million for our key project located in Virgin Valley Jamaica. It has been my responsibility to develop the business model, assist in securing three conditional licenses, assemble a team of 10 professionals with extensive legal cannabis experience, develop government and regulatory relationships and maintain oversight on the construction of our 7-acre pilot project which received a Tier 3 cultivation license in August of 2019. During the Covid slow down our team has focused on assembling a medical research team for the development of health and wellness products based on cannabinoid and psychedelic research. It is important to note that Jamaica is one of a couple of jurisdictions that allow both cannabis and psychedelic research.

United Greeneries Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of MMJ Phyto Tech. and was formed to manage all of the Canadian licenses and facilities involved in the production and processing of medical marijuana.Presently, United Greeneries operates a 16,000 sq ft production and laboratory facility in Duncan, BC and has purchased a large scale, growing facility in Western Canada that will be under development in May 2016. The modern agriculture facility consisting of 62,000 sq. ft. sits on an 21.5-acre site that has the ability to expand growing facilities and other infrastructure.

As VP of Compliance it was my responsibility to oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. It is imperative to ensure the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies specifically Health Canada, also, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct.

MMJ Bioscience was a privately held company incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) in 2013 for the purpose of development and production of marijuana for medical purposes under the new MMPR in Canada.Through the acquisition of what is now a wholly owned subsidiary, MMJ Bioscience has developed multiple proprietary Medicinal Marijuana Strains containing high ratios of Cannabidiol (CBD). MMJ Bioscience is a fully integrated biotechnology company focused on large scale production, research and development of cannabis-based medicinal products including, but not limited to, Phytoceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Medicinal Marijuana varieties and ancillary applications. Presently, MMJ Bioscience operates a 16,000 sq ft production and laboratory facility in Duncan, BC and haspurchased a large scale, growing facility in Western Canada that will be under development in May 2014. Collaboratively design, develop, and improve new or existing products related to the electronic social gaming network within the CGC environment. A key function of this position is to maintain relationships and coordinate projects with both internal resources and external service providers and vendors. Recently co-developed "BIG" an innovative electronic bingo game with a jackpot prize of $100,000 every time you play.

Proactively developed, maintained and managed moderate to high visibility/profile relationships with key internal contacts, as well as external stakeholders including the public/players, vendor/suppliers, service providers, government bodies, and community organizations to ensure mutually desired outcomes are achieved and strategic partnerships are formed.

Provide and assist our Service Providers in building strong marketing, customer service and gaming programs along with best of class facilities that would build a vibrant gaming entertainment experience for our current and newly acquired players. I was part of a small team of professionals that developed and expanded the Community Gaming Center model in the Province of British Columbia, increasing net revenue over a 7 year period from $50 million to $350 million annually. While in this position I was required to build strong relationships with the Service Provider, Charity Associations and Local Host Governments to maintain a viable casino and community gaming center operations and to ensure stable revenues for BCLC and all our partners.

I was seconded by VANOC for a period of 6 months, during that time I acted as the Venue Coordinator for International Client Services for the Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic Village. My primary responsibilities were:1. To liaise with the RCMP and other international policing agencies to develop tour programs for visits by International Protected Persons.2. Responsible to meet and greet and conduct Village tours for all IOC, NOC, Heads of State, and Heads of Government while in the Olympic Village.3. To develop and staff a language services program that would deal with translation services for the Village. 4. Responsible for language services for all anti doping procedures that took place at the Olympic Village.5. Developed the Olympic and Paralympic Village Mayors program including scheduling, transportation, speeches, and accommodations. Village Mayors included Rick Hansen “Canada’s Man in Motion” and Tricia Smith Olympic medal winner in rowing.

Developed and implemented the advertising, marketing, and customer service programs for all of Boardwalk Gaming facilities in British Columbia, the annual gross revenue for these facilities was in excess of $35,000,000.00.

I was responsible for budgeting, revenue forecasts, construction, staffing, operation, of one of the PNE gambling sites during fair time for several years and was accountable for final reports to both the PNE and the B. C. Gaming Commission.

I was responsible for customer service, marketing and operations at two separate locations, including negotiating with charitable associations and government agencies.

Built and managed a new gaming site in British Columbia breaking a 5 year moritorium set by the British Columbia Gaming Commission.
