Residing in Kansas City with his wife of 26 years, their two beautiful daughters, and their amazing son who has Autism, Mike is deeply committed to his family. His son’s unique needs have inspired Mike to become a vigorous advocate for the Autism at Work community. He volunteers extensively to support people with disabilities, motivated by a personal connection and a desire to effect positive change. For nearly three years, Mike has been a dedicated mentor for an organization called Multiple.
