Oversee all activities within the Quality department such as Engineering, Metrology, and Quality Control.

•Develop standard process studies utilizing scientific molding principles to streamline the implementation of new molds•Provide technical expertise to the processing team to develop robust injection molding processes•Provide support to the quality department to ensure all quality variables are controlled throughout the production process utilizing statistical analysis.•Perform hands-on advanced concept testing and technical test investigations on new product
