Having relinquished my MD duties after 14 years due to a MBO I am remaining with Wallace Hind as a Recruiter. My focus will now be 100% on finding great candidates for my clients in the PPMA.I have been a billing manager throughout my time as MD anyway and after 33 years in recruitment I still love getting good people great jobs.My new target is to get to £5 million in personal career fees in the next 4 years.
