I have owned and operated The Fifth Business, Events Hakuba, Hana Emi Café, and hotels and restaurants in the Hakuba Valley. I've had the privilege of helping thousands of visitors experience the beauty of Hakuba while sharing my love for the outdoors and the freedom it brings.Skiing has always been central to my life. It represents freedom, adventure, and the ability to carve out a path on my terms. My passion for skiing has driven my approach to business: creating systems that give business owners the time and freedom to pursue what they love without being bogged down by day-to-day operations.My current focus is scaling The Fifth Business from $15K per month to $50K per month, helping businesses achieve the same kind of growth and flexibility I've found through my journey.With the right systems, you don't have to choose between business success and personal fulfillment.
