Responsible for Epson's IT Applications, Customer Service (PC Support, end-user computing), Technical Services (including infrastructure outsourcing), and Data Center Operations for Epson America operating in 16 countries. Responsible for Epson's IT strategy and application project portfolio, including financials, human resources, portal, supply chain management, EDI, sales & marketing, and web / e-commerce (B2B and B2C) systems. Responsible for a large, complex and heterogeneous systems environment - including SAP, Oracle and Web applications. Developed new functionally aligned organizational structure and successfully recruited and retained top talent in order to provide high-quality, efficient IT services to Epson's user base.Held overall responsibility for multi-phase enterprise transformation program to SAP from legacy systems in fourteen countries. Led team of 300+ team members across business and technical functions in multiple geographies. Functional scope included: FTM, PTP, SVM, OTC, SCM, PI/XI, BI, GTS, Business Objects, with complex interfaces to a variety of internal and third-party systems. Led successful SAP go-lives across all business functions on-time and on-budget with no business interruptions for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Guatemala, replacing legacy mainframe, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and other systems.Currently leading digital business project working directly with Epson's channel partners to deliver new revenue stream opportunity with an innovative new business model.Currently also leading enterprise B2C web replatform project consolidating 16 countries in the Americas onto the hybris Commerce Platform. Successfully completed phase 1 and launched 14 country sites in Latin America in 8 months.
