Responsible for the West Region encompassing +2300 Restaurants, 69 DMAs, and +48 million in sales. I lead a fully remote and diverse team of 14 Franchisee Business Consultants, 3 Franchisee Business Directors, and a regional coordinator. I am passionate about developing the team to be the business leaders of their respective portfolios of 69 DMAs from Hawaii to Texas. Operational excellence focused on championing a new food safety vendor and top operational evaluation scores in the company. I deliver operational excellence, reach store development targets, and provide business consulting to drive sales.

Led a cross functional team in one of Domino’s most important and largest markets, resulting in newly formed Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland region targeted to unlock growth and sales. Consult with Canadian market of 600 stores to reach market potential and identify areas of opportunity. Implementing a siting model that resulted in over performance to plan in consecutive years. Negotiate contracts including Master Franchise Agreements and Area Development Agreements.

Had a team of four consultants and four cross-functional team members to drive this 857+ stores or 750-million-dollar business in Canada, Guatemala, and the Caribbean Islands. Developed team members resulting in four internal promotions. Onboarded new team members into open roles ensuring strong succession. Drove 8.4% same store sales and grew 49 stores in my region. Collaborated internally with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, DPZ Technology, Finance, and Quality Assurance resulting in comprehensive business plans.

Selected to establish the first operations innovation team. Developed a team of six innovation project leaders executing a stage gate process for ideation and project management. Developed a franchisee council and leveraged data from a time and motion study of store operations to develop a project pipeline dedicated to store efficiency and team member satisfaction. The team and I leveraged domestic and international franchisees to test key operational projects including new equipment, operations process, store technology, and store design. Built cross- functional relationships to deliver on aggressive timelines including 16 projects within the first year.

Franchise Consultant in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota. I conducted operational visits in all 135 franchise stores. I strive to assist franchisees in dissecting their business opportunities and areas for improvement through short and long term business planning and regular financial business reviews.
