I am responsible for all aspects of global IS. We run a global single instance of SAP, Workday, Concur, & Coupa. We run multiple instances of Salesforce based on our various go to market models. We have implemented a well received digital platform and are in the process of greatly expanding this to mobile. We are an advanced ITIL based shop leveraging Service Now for our robust CMDB, Service Request Management, & Incident/Problem Management. We have a global hybrid MPLS/Broadband network outsourced to Verizon Business Services. Tata Consulting Services (TCS) is Diageo's outsourced provider for infrastructure services. Diageo is a Microsoft shop for both end user computing services and for our big data estate. We have a robust Focal Point application database we leverage to drive application rationalization and detailed recharging to ensure we insentivize the right behaviours in the business. We have a robust Controls environment as well as a strong CISO capability. Our Enterprise Architecture is TOGAF based and focuses on implementable cost effective solutions. We have an excellent relationship and reputation with the business based on strong performance and partnership via our Business Relationship Managers (BRMs). During my tenure IS has saved the company well over £60M is annual operating costs, improved end user satisfaction from mid 30s% to 84% & improved Cyber Security and privacy.

I am responsible for all technology services delivered to PepsiCo's Divisions outside the US and Canada. This includes a massive SAP estate, PeopleSoft, multiple COTS as well as home grown CRM applications. We are heavily outsourced to vendors like HP and British Telecom (BT) for voice and data networks. We have a very large Microsoft based End User Computing (EUC) environment.
