My main responsibilities include providing leadership in preparing, managing and executing construction projects of all types. While managing the construction process, my responsibilities also include estimating, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and design management. I also manage client relationships through close interaction from a project’s inception, delivery and post construction needs.

Responsibilities included the management of the total development process from concept through delivery on a speculative; build-to-suit; fee development; and/or construction fee basis. This included developing and maintaining client relations; assist in sourcing and securing the appropriate capital structures; develop appropriate business strategies and delivery models in pursuit of new business; contract negotiations; and over-all project delivery. From a corporate perspective, led a team of peers in the development of a new pursuit and delivery model to become more aggressive in the pursuit of new business. This model allows for more flexibility and adaptability to the fluctuating market conditions.

•Responsible for mentoring, developing, and establishing protocols for Project Managers, Superintendents and Interns.•Established effective cost control method by incorporating accounting practices with practical project forecasting techniques•Part of Sales Team in establishing and presenting design concepts, project budgets, and proposal documents in the pursuit of new work.•Managed design process to find and evaluate effective building materials and systems to meet clients needs, budgets and expectations.•Maintaining positive client relations throughout a project’s design, construction and closeout cycles.•Complete responsibility for the delivery of a project per the contract terms by exceeding a clients expectations. •Managing project budget control, billing and closeout processes as well as project communications and documentation.•Maintain subcontractor relations through the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, design, award, and construction & closeout phases.
