I am a Senior at the University of Tampa studying Cybersecurity and Minoring in Management Information Systems. I enjoy jui jitsu, wrestling, golf, and socializing with friends.In the summer of 2023 I had an Internship with ACP Technologies where I did IT Security. At ACP I, assisted the IT security team in monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution, and minimizing potential impacts. Conducted vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address security weaknesses in the organization's systems and networks. Assisted in the configuration and management of firewalls, prevention systems, and other security tools. Monitored security logs and analyzed security data to detect potential threats and unauthorized activities.In the Summer of 2024 I had an internship with National Fuel Gas, where I was an InfoSec Analyst. At NFG I Monitored security alerts through the SIEM (LogRhythm) and responded to potential threats. Conducted vulnerability assessments (Tenable) to identify and report potential cyber risks to systems and applications. Assisted with the roll out of a new Third Party Vendor Management tool (ServiceNow) and work with external vendors to compete assessments. Assisted in incident response by analyzing logs and identifying the scope of potential security incidents. I am seeking an entry level position in the field of cybersecurity because continuing to expand my knowledge on cybersecurity and getting hands on experience is very important to me.
