I am Dr. Michael Brantley, a Guidance Counselor at U.S. Naval Community College (USNCC), where I provide one-on-one support and guidance to students in various focus areas. I have over 10 years of diverse experience in higher education administration, human resources management, and worksite wellness. I am passionate about empowering and developing others, and I hold an Ed.D and an Ed.S in Higher Education Administration, three master's degrees in related fields, and multiple professional and wellness certifications.Prior to joining USNCC as a Guidance Counselor, I was the Director of Recruiting Operations at San Diego State University Army ROTC Program, where I led a team of four employees and oversaw all aspects of program enrollment, recruitment, and marketing and advertisement.
