In this role, I report to Regional VP for Demand Creation. The electrical wiring systems division designs and manufactures wiring devices, raceway, floor & open space products, overhead systems, pro-installed home systems and specialty networking products. I build relationships with architects, electrical engineers, end users, electrical contractors, and key decision-makers. I lead construction project teams through selling process, and assists in creating specification documents, including engineering drawings and submittals. I also conduct engineering and budgetary analysis. Here I reported to Regional Sales Manager, tasked with driving sales efforts and creating training for interior designers, kitchen & bath designers, showroom staff, architects, and residential specifiers. I managed Manufacturer Representative Agencies to develop Kitchen & Bath Showroom channel in Northeast US. I developed relationships with interior designers & architects to gain traction for Legrand products being sold through Lighting Showrooms, Kitchen & Bath Showrooms, and Wholesale Electrical Distributors. I also orchestrated promotional events at partner locations.
