Responsibilities: • The effective commercial operation of a portfolio of outsourcing accounts, with annual revenues ranging from $1M to $10M• Being the subject matter expert on the content of the contracts in my portfolio. • Collaborating with pricing, legal, risk and subject matter experts to produce proposals and contract documents.• Ensuring that: - Contract deliverables were fulfilled within correct timescales - The team delivered services in accordance with the terms of the contract - Changes to the contract were managed in a disciplined and auditable fashion.

Based on the client site of the investment bank Cazenove, I was the single point of contact for IT Change Management. Responsibilities:• Managing the process by which upgrades and maintenance were applied to live systems• Working with IBM and client stakeholders to resolve pre-implementation issues and scheduling clashes to minimise the potential impact to the client’s business.
