PDI acquired Cybera in January, 2021

GTT owns and operates a global Tier 1 IP network. Enterprises, carriers and governments look to GTT for high-performance connectivity to any location in the world and with any application in the cloud. As Enterprise Sales Director, I focus on creating fully-managed security, hardware and connectivity solutions for multi-national, multi-location enterprises.

Responsible for new business development. Cybera provides fully managed private network services and security solutions for businesses.

Negotiated agreements with 5 client companies to sell their products as independent agents. Solutions included Private Data Networks, Network Security, Web Application Development and Business Process Management.

Managed sales teams in Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and St. Louis. Account teams were responsible for acquiring new accounts while increasing monthly recurring revenue in existing accounts. Assisted in development of nationwide direct sales compensation plans

Recruited and managed 2 direct sales teams selling local, long distance, internet and frame relay services. Opened new branch office in downtown Chicago.

Constructed the local sales and customer support organizations for the company’s first Chicago branch. Negotiated telecommunication access agreements with local real estate owners. Managed sales and support staff of 10 to exceed revenue and service goals.

Sold switched and dedicated long distance services strictly through face-to-face cold calls and presentations

Responsible for worldwide sales/marketing rollout of new LAN solutions. Developed agreements with alternate sales channels to quickly get the Spectra product to market. Increased sales of Spectra’s existing product set by over 300%
