Continue working with a globally-dispersed team and clients while leading solution architecture design for the Accenture Operations Data AI team's AI/ML data science solutions. Integrated a custom-built Python and Open Source based Scoring Engine with AI/ML models across 12 industry verticals, including Finance and Accounting, High-Performance Computing, and Compliance.Leading a team of deployment engineers and software developers. Successfully deployed 35+ Enterprise solutions for Accenture's most prominent clients in both on-premise and Cloud hosted environments. In addition, I provide Product Management leadership for the team's Scoring Engine product, working closely with constituent groups to ensure it met current and future project requirements across industries. Because of its flexibility, 100% of Data AI projects were deployed with the Scoring Engine.Leading an initiative to migrate DevOps from GitLab to Azure DevOps, further streamlining automated build, test, and deployment processes. Integrating with DevSecOps to improve code security while shortening the deployment lead time across all projects.Led an initiative to migrate all Data AI Team deployments to Google Cloud and Azure Kubernetes services, including a scale-to-zero strategy, saving 75% on infrastructure costs for all projects.

Worked with a globally dispersed team of Clients, Data Scientists, Business Leads, and Technology Practitioners to support Accenture's Data AI team in solution architecture design and product deployment.Led solution architecture design for the globally-dispersed Accenture Operations Data AI team's AI/ML data science solutions. Integrated a custom-built Python and Open Source based Scoring Engine with AI/ML models across 12 industry verticals, including Finance and Accounting, High-Performance Computing, and Compliance.Led the Data AI team's transition to Cloud-native deployments by gaining support for the initiative from senior leadership, then designed and implemented the Cloud architecture. Transitioned from a traditional monolithic architecture to a fully-Cloud native architecture. This program was able to drive deployment effort per project from an average of 8 weeks down to 2 weeks. Improved development velocity by 5x - as measured by the number of deployments per project in the same period - by enabling developers to test their software in a production-compatible environment from an early project stage.Led an initiative to design and implement a DevOps solution for the team using GitLab, ensuring code safety and centralization and automating software build, testing, and deployment activities. This enabled the Data AI team to grow and handle 10x the projects in 5 years without the need to expand the deployment and software development teams.

Led technical implementation and environment setup projects for SAS Enterprise Fraud Management software in the largest banks and credit card processors worldwide.Interfaced extensively with customer management and technical teams in multi-year projects to ensure preparation, installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support was delivered at the highest levels of technical competence and customer satisfaction.Developed new procedures and documentation, improving the installation process's efficiency and reducing the installation duration average from 3 weeks to 3 days. Traveled to international SAS locations to provide direct training to technical teams responsible for deploying and supporting SAS Fraud Management.Engaged regularly with product management, senior leadership, and the software development team to communicate customer requests for new features and enhancements to the product and help ensure defects were quickly found and corrected.
