Created, built, and led all aspects of Zelle Payments (fka clearXchange and the clearXchange payments network). Rapidly grew the network from an idea to over $50 billion in annual payments volumes from over 25 million users across 7,500 financial institutions. Successful sale in December 2015 to Early Warning who rebranded as Zelle post acquisition. Developed a ubiquitous payments network and solution through simple, secure mobile and online offerings as well as an enterprise solution for financial institutions. Turbocharged growth through integrations with 5 of the top 6 US financial institutions' mobile and online properties, as well as those of numerous smaller banks and credit unions. Created and launched the industry's leading real-time payments solution.

Led Emerging Payments (including areas such as mobile payments, e-commerce, and p2p payments), Enterprise Payments Strategy, and Payments Industry Relations across all of Wells Fargo. Drove Social Media and Technology Research & Development for the Wholesale Bank.

Set strategic direction, advised management and led strategy and implementation team for top ten Wealth Management organization. Developed and implemented strategies to grow profits based on client, advisor, market and competitive insights.
