Also the COO of the paving construction companies.Accomplishments included:• Successfully grew equity value and subsequently sold two companies while starting other companies.• Restructured and consolidated operations in paving companies so to reduce costs, improve processes, improve data integrity and eliminate culture silos.• Implemented KPIs, dashboards and weekly job costing.• Improved Board and Bank reporting while also improving internal communication with State of Company presentations.• Developed others including CFO successor.

Intren LLC is a $400MM (1,500 employees) family and private equity owned company (certified WBE) which provides gas and electric utility construction and professional services to the energy industry. Led Support Services including Finance, Tax, Treasury, Contracts, Human Resources, Information Technology, Fleet Operations & Procurement, Warehouse, and Project Management Office (PMO). Led over 75 people with eight direct reports and created infrastructure platform for growth. Selected accomplishments include:• Revenue, profit and free cash flow grew at a 22%, 25% & 100+% per year, respectively, during my tenure.• Successfully led an innovative succession plan resulting in selling 49% of the Company to private equity creating a larger platform for growth while maintaining the Women’s Business Enterprise (“WBE”) certification.• Sourced and negotiated a $42.5 million credit facility and guided the company through bank covenant challenges.• Reduced fleet costs as a percent of revenue by 20%.• Enhanced job costing system to effectively monitor job-level productivity which improved estimating capabilities and ultimately expanded the margin and cash flow profile of the business.• Developed multiple staff members who hold CFO positions today.

Countryside Association is a non-profit organization serving children and adults with development and other disabilities. Consultant role includes contacting companies and demonstrating the value that people with development disabilities can bring to an organization with the partnership efforts of Countryside Association.

InfraSource is a $500MM division of Quanta Services, Inc which provides infrastructure construction and support services to owners and builders of energy, power, pipeline and communication facilities. Led 60 people with five direct reports. Selected accomplishments include:• Reduced SG&A by 9%, in part, due to restructuring organization from 5 to 2 financial support centers and standardizing processes.• Successfully tucked in 6 companies (5 were under-performing).• Saved $2.3 million in delayed sales tax payments and reduced sales tax exposure by forming an equipment company.• Developed KPIs and weekly reporting, as well as, led monthly business reviews with Operations.• Developed staff who hold Vice President & other leadership positions today.

Educational Resources is a private-equity owned distributor of software, hardware and supplemental learning materials to the K - 12 education market. Sunburst Technology is a developer of education software.Selected accomplishments include:• Negotiated dozens of business development agreements with parties ranging from small publishers to Apple. • Reduced the close process by 4 days while reducing staff costs and improved the monthly and quarterly reporting to the Board.

$175MM technology-based division included a collection of software, industrial and electronic companies that were spun-off from other divisions, new start-ups and acquisitions. Locations included USA, Canada, New Zealand, Asia and Europe.

Responsible for the valuation of divestitures and acquisition targets, leading financial due diligence, working with investment bankers and coordinating tax and treasury matters. Led a staff of three people. Participated in 16 acquisitions and 6 divestitures.
