- Worked to streamline the execution of the complex roadmap. - Defined and evolved the product strategy based on analysis of customer needs, competitors, market trends and opportunities, and Nielsen/Gracenote core competencies. - Provided product requirements and detailed workflows to minimize changes once development was underway. - Ensured that product definition, engineering, and other aspects of product development came together seamlessly throughout the product lifecycle in a lean environment, always balancing customers needs and engineering constraints. - Effectively collaborated with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Content, Sales, Customer - Experience and other functions. - Managed the portfolio of products/features to maximize our P&L. - Responsible for vision, planning and creation of high level user stories describing the “what” (end-to-end user journeys) of product features. - Understood and clearly communicated the goals and strategic fit of product features. - Prioritized the user stories for all product features based on business value on overall product backlog. - Created release plans for product features. - Worked together with Product Owners and PMO to determine the prioritization of work on the Product Backlog for specific teams. - Supported the product go-to-market strategy as needed with customer visits and product marketing and sales support.
