In 2008, I was considering various career paths and the idea of owning a business. The work I was doing wasn’t motivating me anymore and I needed to move on. That’s when I met my current business partner and discovered TRAITS.I completed the TRAITS survey and had a debrief of the results. The conversation blew me away. It also inspired me to do what I’m doing now. That day, I thought, why doesn’t every leader know this about their people? I joined Concord Consulting, owner, and developer of the TRAITS psychometric tool in 2008. Since then, I’ve worked with business leaders and consultants throughout North America and Australia, across many industries. The common tie between them is they want to grow their, or their clients’ businesses. Concord helps build higher performing organizations. Through the years I’ve had the privilege of helping leaders with Strategic Planning, Org Design, Coaching, Leadership Development, and Recruitment. I’ve also trained and spoken to thousands of leaders about the insights provided by TRAITS. These insights helps them hire, develop, coach, and engage their people. It helps them build better teams and grow to be better leaders.
