My main role starting in 2015, has been to directly connect with current and future clients to educate them on both polished concrete as a whole and what The Professionals can provide. I also handle job site walkthroughs, mock-ups, pricing & project management. I've always been very interested in staying up to date with technology so I also keep The Professionals up to date with the latest advancements in apps and cloud services to keep us running as efficient as possible so we can focus on doing what we do best, polished concrete.

After close to a year with on the job training and experience, everything from scrubbing the floor, running grinders, to detailed hand grinding, I moved into running crews. I was responsible for getting a job from start to finish while maintaining our standards of quality. I was also the one who was in direct contact with the gc, customer or whomever our client would be for the specific job.
