Led "Control & Attach" strategy that drove a 50% growth in the ELAN business while driving the overall business from losing $12M a year to a positive EBITDA of $7.5M in two years.Prior to Core Brands, was Vice President and General Manager of Episode, Strong, Binary, Wirepath and Dragonfly businesses at Snap AV. This business unit drove over $100MM in revenue through new product introductions and business initiatives driven through the role.Prior to Snap AV, was a leader in Global Sourcing at Family Dollar. Primarily focused on expanding the utilization of the global market to support Food and Hardlines with the goal of reducing cost while creating a compelling assortment. Secondary focus was ensuring the quality of the products sourced met all expectations of customers.Previously served in key technical role at TalyorMade adidas Golf for over three years, most recently as the Senior Engineering Manager managing TaylorMade's Asian golf ball sourcing and engineering development. Prior to this, spent over six years at Titleist leading all thermoplastic material and golf ball research & development as well as commercialization.
