I am an experienced consultant with strong skills in messaging and collaboration solutions. Historically I have concentrated on the IBM Notes and Domino platform and more recently focusing on Microsoft Office365, becoming conversant with processes and techniques that transition organisations to this new platform.Working for an IBM Business Partner, I have provided consulting expertise to a varied portfolio of customers from Small and Medium businesses to enterprise customers that span the globe operating in many different industries.For the most part I work on remote and on-site customer consulting engagements which cover transformation projects, end user adoption, architecture design, integration with external systems, as well as configuration and remediation activities.In a rapidly changing technological landscape, I have a keen interest in helping organisations determine their short, medium and long term strategies for on premise and cloud based collaboration services helping to select offerings that best match business requirements.I have numerous non technical skills such as Project Management and am an excellent communicator being able to relate to all levels of the organisational hierarchy.
