Re started a dormant Macro Group company, Anzac to take over and add Asian based semiconductor franchises that it would promote, sell and distribute across the existing Macro Group regions of UK, NI, Eastern Europe. Involved finding and negotiating new premises, designing fit out, overseeing fit out by contractors, managing inventory movement from existing warehouse to new facility, hiring staff, integrating enterprise and other operational business systems and running the business initially as General Manager, then as we grew, finally becoming its Commercial Director.
