As General Counsel and Director of Strategy, Mr. Will heads the firm’s internal legal operations, advising senior management on issues related to corporate governance, compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, employment law, and business transactions. He also leads the planning, development, and implementation of new strategic initiatives as Edgeworth continues to evolve and grow.

Mike provides strategic advice and counsel to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on legal issues related to corporate governance, risk management, Congressional ethics, global expansion initiatives, tax exemptions, fundraising, international grantmaking, and coordination with sport governing bodies.

Mike successfully counseled companies and individuals in a diverse range of civil and criminal disputes involving antitrust, compliance, securities fraud, and complex commercial issues. He has extensive experience conducting internal investigations, responding to government agencies around the globe, negotiating leniency applications and settlement agreements, and litigating economics-based liability and damages theories in multidistrict class actions.

Mike advised executives and the board of directors on litigation, transactional and regulatory risks of various business decisions, and drafted multiparty agreements to market survivable telecommunications and renewable energy services to private companies and government agencies.

Mike litigated complex commercial and employment disputes involving breaches of contract, confidentiality and fiduciary duties, as well violations of federal and state intellectual property laws.
