I am responsible for the development, review and management of the Institute’s VET Funding contracts with NT Government departments, Third Parties, and Fee for Service delivery within the NT and interstate. I achieve this through establishing and maintaining relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to develop and implement strategies in VET to achieve Batchelor Institutes strategic goals. Reporting to the CEO, I provide advice on all aspects of the Division’s financial, operational and reporting performances and strategic business decisions. I also report on trends in training demand, delivery performance and outcomes in the context of the training contracts and future business opportunities and meet legislated reporting obligations ensuring regulatory compliance (ASQA and AQF standards). We also undertake consultancy work for the education sector in Australia and internationally, ensuring that solutions are practical, targeted and measurable.
