At 18 years of dedicated experience as a board-certified pediatrician and pediatric critical care physician, I am privileged to serve as a Professor of Pediatrics and Assistant Dean of Students at St. George's University (SGU). In this capacity, I lead our clinical academic advising program, fostering the academic success of medical students and supporting their holistic well-being. I am deeply invested in student and resident education, empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals to enhance the lives of children globally. Through mentorship, hands-on training, and personalized guidance, I aim to equip students and trainees with the skills, knowledge, and empathy needed to make a meaningful difference in their patients’ lives.Clinically, I have had the honor of practicing as a pediatric intensivist at renowned hospitals in New York and New Jersey, involved in various research projects, publications, and presentations to advance pediatric critical care, adolescent bariatric medicine, quality improvement initiatives, and trainee skills and education. I bring to the table a wealth of experience in managing complex pediatric cases, delivering evidence-based care, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. By combining my passion for education and clinical expertise, I strive to leave a lasting impact on my students and patients and the lives our healthcare learners will touch in years to come.
