I am an experienced entrepreneur who specialises in the commercialisation of life science and biomedical research technologies. I have more than 30 years experience of working with young companies that have developed innovative new products and helping bring these to market.My main role is with Cambridge Bioscience, one of the leading life science research product distributors in the UK, where we have a long track record of successfully introducing important new research technologies to the UK market. In 2018 I founded Research Donors, a London-based business which produces human blood biospecimens for use in research. Research Donors now supports many customers in the pharma, biotech and diagnostics industries throughout Europe. In 2022 I sold both Cambridge Bioscience and Research Donors to the Europa Biosite group, joining the team there as we build a pan-European life science distribution business. At Europa Biosite I am Head of Supplier and Product Development, responsible for managing relationships with key suppliers and identifying new product opportunities for our group. I am always interested to hear from individuals and companies that are innovating in the life science arena and are looking to connect their innovations with researchers in Europe.
