• Lead the roll out of a pan government electronic marketplace across the UK government as part of Cabinet Office’s collaborative procurement initiative • Take a key role in developing relationships with key government officials and organisations.• Drive thought leadership around policy and best practice through membership of the BUY IT Public Service Procurement Advisory Group, specifically around Delivering CSR07 Public Sector Targets, Choice and Commissioning of Services and Electronic Procurement.

•Led pan Government Procurement Card Programme to meet its first throughput targets. •Successfully engaged high profile public sector bodies to develop the eProcurement Strategy for Government.•Led the drive for roll out of electronic reverse auctions in public sector.•Represented UK as Procurement practitioner at EU Internal Markets eProcurement Group during development of the EU Consolidated Public Procurement Directive.•Seconded to Dept for Work & Pensions to lead on Procurement Solutions in the Procurement Transformation Programme including the first implementation of the Zanzibar eProcurement service in UK public sector.
