Fan Service Representative
CurrentOver 20 years of customer service experience. Fan Service representative - helping fill ticket requests, emails, and attending to our great Cubs fans questions, needs and opinions. Member of the DEI council. Promoted to Event Operations Supervisor in 2003. Involved with interviewing, hiring, and training of over 300 part-time employees for over 90 events per year, with crowds sometimes exceeding over 40,000 per event. Emphasis in training, leadership, and development of customer service & security skills. Job includes the day to day management of event files, along with monitoring/dispatcher for event radio calls and over 90 plus cameras per event in and around Wrigley Field. Writer and editor of game day newsletter for employees & staff.
