He is a best-selling author on school leadership, co-leads the world’s largest edtech community, and sits on the board of SXSWEDU. He has advised dozens of companies, served as CEO to an edtech startup, has spoken at scores of schools on four continents, directed dozens of high school theatre productions, and has worked with thousands of students and families. He's proudly still in the classroom, teaching AP Literature, freshman honors English, and a university survey class on Films and Movies.Interested in pushing boundaries, he's run the NYC Marathon, gone hang-gliding in Brazil, bungee jumping in New Zealand, and has climbed Mt.
