Mike possesses an ideal combination of IT Operations, Services Consulting and Customer Experience Management spanning more than 25 years. Mike plays a key role with Park Place Technologies as a trusted advisor to potential and current customers. His unique background allows him to gain insight to existing and emerging opportunities, while recommending the most beneficial configurations and alignments of our global services to opportunities. Mike works directly on executing our core strategy of acquiring and growing relationships while serving as a client advocate on requirements for our product planning initiatives and roadmap. In his ten years with Park Place Technologies, Mike has taken on a multitude of responsibilities that include focusing on field service, IT engineering, global operations, and pricing and contracts. In addition to successfully running and maintaining Park Place Technologies' operations, Mike has also levered his operational and financial knowledge-base to facilitate the establishment of streamlined processes, measurements, and procedures to help transform Park Place Technologies into the global company it is today. Mike is also credited with launching the Level 3 Engineering team, moving the Park Place Technologies’ global Service and Operations Center closer to the heart of Boston, as well as building and sustaining our international presence by developing support strategies and overseas partners.Prior to his involvement with Park Place Technologies, Mike was heavily invested in consulting with companies to engage in business and service transformations.
