Following a successful acquisition of Donovan Enterprises in December 2012, our structure was realigned in order to integrate sales management from both entities and place better focus on each of our business segments. My current responsibilities are to manage the sales & commercial product development activity for the Agriculture and Flatbed Business Units within Shur-Co, LLC, while also overseeing management of seven of Shur-Co’s service and manufacturing locations. Current duties include:- Manage and direct Shur-Co Regional & OEM sales teams in the Agriculture Segment (4 regional sales managers and 3 OEM account managers).- Lead Agriculture Segment Engineering & Technical group in support of day-to-day activities for the Agriculture customer base, as well as directing new product development within the segment.- Maintain existing business levels in the Agriculture Segment at Shur-Co, while developing growth plans and identifying new business opportunities within the Agriculture market.- As VP of Marketing, I direct a team of marketing professionals (3 graphics designers and 1 marketing specialist) to promote Shur-Co and Donovan branded products to Agriculture, Construction, and Flatbed customers.- Develop and implement pricing strategies for the Agriculture business segment.- Manage the customer service team at corporate headquarters (Yankton, SD), consisting of 1 Customer Service Supervisor and 5 Customer Service Representatives.

- Manage 7 Regional Sales Managers covering the entire US and Canada- Lead Cross-Functional Teams and set strategic direction for Aftermarket Business- Work with regional sales team and service center locations to provide best coverage to our aftermarket customers- Develop small OEM, Dealer, and Fleet targets for sales team, taking into consideration geographic, strategic, and competitive importance of each lead.

National Sales & Marketing Manager for Shur-Co. • Responsible for managing all marketing functions for Agriculture, Construction, Flatbed, and Engineered Products business units• Establish communications and marketing materials to support customer base of OEMs, Dealers, and End Users• Set pricing structure and discount structure to meet corporate profitability targets, while balancing complex distribution network of OEMs, Dealers, Large Fleets, and End Users.• Manage five Regional Sales Managers covering 45 states and Canada, setting the goals, objectives, and direction for Dealer, OEM, and Fleet sales.• Conduct Market Analyses on new/potential products and/or markets.• Generate and establish regular reports to analyze business unit, product, and geographical sales
