Recruited to help start the Hyperion consolidation practice within Answerthink and be the team leader on HFM implementations.• Worked on HFM Readiness which involved putting together presentations every few weeks and showing them to the HFM practice via a web conference call to help provide mentoring and improving skill sets among the group. • Implemented Hyperion System 9.2 for a manufacturing company. Lead a team that successfully implemented HFM and FDM in a very short time frame. • Implemented HFM System 9 for a manufacturing firm. This successful implementation enabled the company to remove their manual consolidation process done in Excel and automate it within HFM. • Involved with two large implementations where the Hyperion suite of products (Planning, HFM, Essbase, HAL\UpStream, Reports) were implemented. Responsible for the design and build of consolidation piece in each implementation while working closely with other team members to verify that a consistent design and solution was applied across all products.
