A native of Chicago, I have had the privilege to serve as both a finance and operations executive of highly acquisitive, rapid growth B2B services and manufacturing companies since 2005. I bring over 25 years of progressive experience in cross-functional, entrepreneurial, culturally diverse environments- 6 years with leading Wall Street firms and 20+ years in treasury, finance, accounting & operations leadership roles. I most recently served as CFO, Advisory Board member and operations leader of privately held Visual Pak, an upper middle market, vertically integrated, turnkey liquids and packaging services company in Chicago. We experienced tremendous growth primarily serving Fortune 500 CPG and leading consumer brand marketing companies. Prior to joining Visual Pak, I served as CFO for Pure Water Technology, a PE-backed B2B beverage services company focused on manufacturing and providing the healthiest drinking water, coffee and ice available in North America. We completed a premium multiple sale of the company in December 2018 after a tremendous financial turn-around. Prior to PWT, I served as CFO for privately-owned ComPsych Corporation, the world-wide leader in B2B behavioral health and wellness programs, and gained valuable experience in private debt and equity transactions. Prior to that, I held multiple executive leadership roles at Stericycle over 10 years including VP Finance and Administration, Treasurer, Division CFO, Controller and Director of Operations (US).My expertise includes managing traditional finance and accounting functions, capital strategy, allocation and deployment, comprehensive buy-side and sell-side M&A activities, new services, organic growth strategies, sales operations, manufacturing operations and Lean thinking: gaining efficiencies by optimizing people, processes and technology. I hold a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, an MBA with Distinction from DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Accounting with Highest Distinction from Keller GSM.
