Industrial Automation: I have held the position of program manager at a company which built and integrated industrial automation. With the responsibility of maintaining all budgets, timing, open issues, along with several other responsibilities such as help in out sourcing components. I was often tasked with working on several projects concurrently. I worked closely with the mechanical and controls design groups. I facilitated all customer and internal project meetings. I was responsible for reporting to upper management with progress on the projects. This included timing and budget. I was the main interaction to the customer on all changes and open issues. I was also involved in problem solving throughout the multiple projects.Component Production: I have also worked in a production environment. Although I worked mainly with sheet metal parts, my skills are easily adaptable to any product. I was also a Program Manager of several products. I had the responsibility of all project timing, budget, and maintaining constant customer communication. I worked closely with all departments, including manufacturing, purchasing, and accounting, to successfully launch the product. Prior to becoming Program Manager I held several positions that involved being hands on in the plant. I worked as a quality engineer taking care of day to day functions in a launch of a new product. There was constant communication between the plant floor and the customer. I was also involved in setting up welding and assembly processes on a new product. It was highly complex part that required a great deal of work to properly produce the final assembly. I’ve worked in many different situations improving processes and keeping production on schedule.Specialties: Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Experience in managing people in multiple projects. Talented in problem solving and able to implement solutions under tight deadlines and budgets. Hands on engineering including sheet metal stamping and multiple weld processes. Able to read prints, GD&T, SPC, and worked through ISO, QS, and TS certifications. Proficient in MS office applications including MS Project.
