Manage projects for Google Maps frontend, assure quality and enforce Google Maps policy for local as well as overseas teams, and research and interpret data to verify accuracy of venues. Perform a final inspection of projects before they go live on front-end. Update spreadsheets to report project status for the team and managers. File bugs and troubleshoot proprietary software. Train new operators in the production of data through proprietary software, while communicating policy and reviewing training dashboards.

Provided administrative support to the assistant manager and lead supervisors of Tech Services, such as budget balancing, forecast analysis, and data analysis; engineered spreadsheets to streamline production forecasting, data reporting, metrics improvement, and data mining. Developed a key performance indicator report of the factory tailored for executive managers. Managed interdepartmental manufacturing inventory, sent and received product, audited inventory, and spearheaded a project to improve inventory movement while reducing cost. Managed production lines of up to 15 operators and worked on their continuous improvement through the use of lean manufacturing theory.
