Mike Kupferman is the Founder and CEO of RMJ Supply. Over the years Mike has played an active role in the development of state-of-the-art cultivations across North America, South America, and Europe. Mike’s expertise is in identifying and sourcing horticultural growing equipment and systems that drive operational performance in commercial cannabis production. Mike began his cannabis cultivation career in Portland, OR in 2004 where he launched some of the State’s first commercial medical cannabis cultivation facilities. In 2016, Mike was recruited to lead the design, buildout, and operation of Holistic Industries, Inc.’s initial 300,000+ square feet of cultivation in DC, MA, MD, and PA. These facilities are now the cornerstone of several high growth brands. During this time, Mike also built an additional 50,000 square feet of cultivation in Massachusetts for a specialized private equity fund. In 2017 Mike founded RMJ Supply to support the equipment procurement for the projects he was involved in building and naturally expanded the services to additional licensees. RMJ Supply provides ease of access to a diverse portfolio of quality inputs and horticultural equipment specifically curated to advance commercial cannabis.
