Founder & Managing Director of a retail and online jewellery social good business with over £1,000,000 in total turnover through products, courses & services to trade, wholesale and retail customers. Responsibilities included financial management (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements), staff management, creating marketing campaigns and managing an e-commerce system. - I successfully used Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. to market our products and services. I also regularly used digital advertising resources – Google Adwords (PPC), Analytics & Places, & In-Page Analytics - in addition to conducting search engine optimization and using content management systems (e.g. Interspire) for marketing campaigns and analytics. Lastly, I have also maintained an e-commerce website, written content for the web, and created the UK brand for this franchise.
